الشروط والأحكام

1. الحجز والدفع

  • يتم تأكيد الحجز بمجرد استلام الدفعة (العربون أو المبلغ الكامل).

  • نوصي بما يلي:

    • يلزم دفع 50% مقدماً لتأكيد الحجز

    • يُستحق دفع الرصيد المتبقي قبل 30 يومًا من الوصول

    • في حال كان الحجز خلال فترة الثلاثين يوماً، فإن الدفع الكامل مستحق عند التأكيد.

خلال موسم الذروة (ديسمبر - يناير في جنوب إفريقيا)، قد نطلب الدفع الكامل مقدماً.

2. سياسة الإلغاء

  • إلغاء مجاني حتى 30 يومًا قبل الوصول

  • استرداد 50% من المبلغ المدفوع قبل 30-21 يومًا من الوصول

  • لا يُسترد المبلغ المدفوع خلال 20 يومًا من تاريخ الوصول.

3. وديعة تأمين

سيُطلب من النزيل عند الوصول توقيع إقرار إخلاء مسؤولية، بالإضافة إلى دفع تأمين مسترد بقيمة 5000 راند جنوب أفريقي نقدًا. بعد المعاينة، سيتم إرجاع هذا الإقرار خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ المغادرة.

4. تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة

  • تسجيل الوصول: من الساعة 15:00

  • موعد المغادرة: قبل الساعة 10:00

  • مبكر/متأخر رهناً بالتوافر

5. Maximum occupancy

Maximum number of guests is 6. 7 is allowed if there is a kid under the age of 4.

No parties or events without written approval. 

6. Damage & liability

Guests are responsible for: 

  • Damage beyond normal wear

  • Missing items

  • Rule violations

7. Force majeure

Solyn Villa cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, etc.).

8. Family Policy

Family Policy

  • Children aged 0–3 stay free of charge.

  • Baby cot and high chair available at R500 per night.

9. Booking information

  • This is a strictly non-smoking villa. Smoking is allowed on the driveway, not inside, the balcony or garden, and (e)cigarettes need to be properly thrown away. 

  • Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please enquire max 2 weeks before arrival. 

  • Rates are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to six guests.

  • Rates are subject to availability and may change due to demand, seasonal adjustments or special events prior to confirmation.
